The KBA12Q intrinsically safe ball camera is suitable for use in places with gas and coal dust explosion hazards underground in coal mines. This camera is a key equipment in the coal mine industrial television system for real-time image monitoring of major production processes, important equipment, and key positions, using Ethernet transmission. This camera has a compact structure, small size, light weight, explosion-proof, earthquake resistant, and moisture-proof properties.

Infrared automatic fill light

Equipped with infrared automatic fill light function, it can present high-quality monitoring images under low illumination, with a minimum illumination of ≤ 0.05lx and horizontal clarity of ≥ 400 lines.

Network control

Through the network, the camera can be controlled to rotate horizontally and vertically, as well as adjust the aperture and focal length of the lens, making it convenient to remotely adjust the monitoring range.

data conversion

It can convert the collected real-time images into Ethernet optical signals and Ethernet electrical signals for output, with high transmission efficiency and long transmission distance.

Optical imaging and signal conversion

External light enters the lens through a glass window, focuses on the CCD chip, converts the light signal into an electrical signal, outputs a full TV signal, and completes image acquisition and preliminary conversion.

Video signal processing and encoding

    After noise reduction and enhancement through video processing circuits, the entire TV signal is converted into a digital signal by a wireless video transmitter and compressed into a network video optical signal through an encoder to ensure transmission efficiency and compatibility.

Optical signal transmission and output

The encoded optical signal is output to the fiber optic or wireless channel through the wiring terminal, supporting long-distance and low latency transmission to the monitoring terminal, achieving real-time image display and storage.
