The FSD series electronic belt scale is a dynamic measurement product composed of advanced microcomputer controlled dynamic weighing instruments. It is an ideal equipment for continuous measurement of bulk materials in belt conveyor systems. The overall design is reasonable and compact, with complete weighing and control mathematical models, and multiple input and output signal forms. It has a simple structure, accurate weighing, stable operation, reliable operation, convenient operation, and low maintenance. It is not only suitable for conventional environments, but also for acid, alkali, salt, and atmospheric corrosive environments. Widely used in metallurgy, power, mining, ports, chemical industry, cement, building materials, grain and other industries.

Generate signals

The weighing bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When the material passes by, the measuring roller detects the weight of the material on the belt conveyor and acts on the weighing sensor through a lever, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load.

Speed calculation

    The speed sensor is directly connected to the large-diameter speed measuring drum, providing a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt movement unit, and the frequency of the pulses is proportional to the belt speed.

Calculation result

The weighing instrument receives signals from the weighing sensor and speed sensor, integrates them to obtain an instantaneous flow rate value and an accumulated weight value, and displays them separately.
