The FSD series electronic belt scale is a dynamic measurement product composed of advanced microcomputer controlled dynamic weighing instruments. Working Principle
Generate signals
The weighing bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When the material passes by, the measuring roller detects the weight of the material on the belt conveyor and acts on the weighing sensor through a lever, generating a voltage signal proportional to the belt load.
Speed calculation

The speed sensor is directly connected to the large-diameter speed measuring drum, providing a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt movement unit, and the frequency of the pulses is proportional to the belt speed.
Calculation result
The weighing instrument receives signals from the weighing sensor and speed sensor, integrates them to obtain an instantaneous flow rate value and an accumulated weight value, and displays them separately.

Modular combination technology has fewer transmission links and is easy to install. Unique mechanical structure (with patented technology), no deformation, zero-point stability. The fully suspended structure, without trunnion fulcrums and movable parts, requires minimal maintenance.
Instrument
Data stored in FLASH memory can be automatically saved in case of power loss, and the system can resume operation with the original data after recovery. The MODBUS communication protocol enables remote parameter inquiry and real-time data communication. Large-capacity storage, with historical production data available for daily/monthly queries.

Digital sensor (patented technology), with fast anti-interference speed and long distance output signal. Automatic range calibration minimizes errors to the greatest extent possible. IP65 protection level adapts to harsh conditions with limited protection function to prevent overload damage.
Speed sensor
The dual-speed measurement rubber-coated wheel can eliminate the speed error caused by belt slippage. The brushless DC pulse generator requires no adjustment, calibration, or maintenance. The carbon steel shell has good mechanical strength, shielding, and sealing properties, making it suitable for outdoor installation.
