Project Background

The metal materials company, engaged in metal smelting, processing, and manufactured products, has extremely high requirements for the precise measurement and proportioning of raw materials. Traditional feeding systems suffer from issues such as inaccurate measurement, high maintenance costs, and complex operations, severely restricting further improvements in production efficiency and product quality.

Therefore, the company decided to upgrade and transform multiple production lines by introducing advanced weighing feeder systems to achieve precise control over raw materials while reducing labor costs and enhancing the automation level of the production lines.

3. Intelligent Control and Data Transmission

  Guonuo Technology's control system not only features real-time weighing and precise feeding functions but also incorporates intelligent management capabilities. When an abnormality occurs in the supply of a certain raw material, the system automatically issues an alarm, prompting operators to check promptly. Simultaneously, all data is uploaded and stored via a cloud platform, allowing managers to view the production line's operating status at any time through a remote monitoring system.
