Zhongshun Henghui (Binzhou) New Material Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development of high-performance new materials, with its products widely applied in high-end manufacturing, environmental protection, new energy, and other fields. To ensure ingredient accuracy and enhance production automation and efficiency on its core composite material production line, Zhongshun Henghui decided to upgrade its key ingredient blending section. After rigorous supplier screening and technical solution evaluation, Guonuo Technology was ultimately selected to provide a high-precision, high-stability quantitative feeder solution.

Construction Overview:
The professional engineering team from Guonuo Technology visited the Zhongshun Henghui factory in Binzhou and installed the equipment in strict accordance with the construction drawings and technical specifications. Key challenges addressed included on-site spatial layout, integration with upstream and downstream equipment, electrical wiring connections, and communication integration with the control system (DCS). Detailed static calibration (weight calibration) and dynamic calibration (material calibration) were conducted to ensure the measurement accuracy met contractual requirements. After successful commissioning, comprehensive training was provided to Zhongshun Henghui's operators and maintenance personnel on equipment usage, daily maintenance, and simple troubleshooting.

The Guonuo Technology quantitative feeder has been successfully applied in the key ingredient blending process at Zhongshun Henghui (Binzhou) New Material Manufacturing, effectively resolving previous ingredient blending issues.
