The CXH-18 (A) intrinsically safe mining operation box (hereinafter referred to as the operation box) is an automated control equipment designed with intrinsic safety and suitable for underground environments in coal mines with gas and coal dust explosions. The operation box and the mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety programmable controller form a substation, which serves as the on-site terminal of the automation control system, realizing the local control, data acquisition, data transmission, and alarm functions of the equipment.

Working Principle
Intrinsic safety signal input isolation
The output signal of the operation box button is electrically isolated through an optocoupler isolation board to eliminate signal interference and ensure that the intrinsically safe control box can safely receive input commands in explosive environments.
PLC logic processing and control

The isolated signal is transmitted to the PLC, which is processed by program logic and converted into control instructions to drive actuators (such as relays and solenoid valves), achieving equipment start stop, mode switching, and other operations.
Real time display and feedback of data
The PLC transmits the processed status data (such as equipment operating parameters and fault codes) to the display screen through a communication interface, achieving real-time visualization of on-site data and supporting operators to quickly monitor and make decisions.
