On-site Issues:
The client is a building materials enterprise with a long conveying distance, wide belt, and large conveying volume on its belt conveyor. However, the installation space and environment for the electronic belt weigher are favorable, and the conveyor has no inclination angle. In addition to meeting the accuracy requirements for the electronic belt weigher, the client also requires the ability to print data and query data remotely.

Installation and Commissioning:
Based on the user's requirements, on-site conditions, and budget, our pre-sales team formulated two solutions for the user: a matrix-type high-precision electronic belt weigher with two idler frames and a dual-frame fully suspended ICS-14A electronic belt weigher. The user ultimately chose the dual-frame fully suspended ICS-14A electronic belt weigher, equipped with eight high-precision digital weighing sensors.
After the electronic belt weigher and its components were manufactured and delivered to the site, our after-sales team arrived on time. They first inventoried the materials and completed the installation of the belt weigher's frame. On the second day of installation and commissioning, they completed the wiring and belt weigher calibration with test weights, and coordinated the communication between the printer and the instrument.
Product Advantages:
The frame of the ICS-14A electronic belt weigher is a suspended type, offering high stability and low maintenance requirements. The sensors are built-in and less prone to damage.

Client Feedback:
The measurement accuracy of the electronic belt weigher exceeds the required accuracy, and its stability is also excellent. The client provided positive feedback on-site and expressed willingness to continue cooperation on future electronic belt weigher projects.
