On-site Issues:
The client in the non-ferrous metal mining and dressing industry operates at high altitudes with significant temperature variations and considerable dust on-site. The conveyor belt width is 1600mm, with a roller spacing of 1200mm, a conveying capacity of 1200t/h, and an inclination angle of 15°. The operating environment for the electronic belt scales is not ideal.

Installation and Commissioning:
The company's after-sales engineers arrived at the project site on schedule. In the morning, they inspected the application sites of two high-precision electronic belt scales. In the afternoon, all components and scale frames were transported to the designated location for assembly.
Due to the absence of gas cutting equipment on-site, electric welding was used to modify the roller supports, which was not highly efficient.
However, the on-site installation team worked overtime to complete the assembly of the scale frames on time. After the installation of both high-precision electronic belt scales, physical calibration was conducted. Over a week of production comparison, the error rate of the scales was found to be nine-ten-thousandths, which was superior to the client's requirements.

Product Advantages:
The high-precision electronic belt scale demonstrates strong adaptability to on-site conditions, meeting the weighing and metering needs of conveyors with large inclination angles. Its innovative "internal force theory" can counteract belt tension, while the minimalist scale frame without redundant mechanical components prevents dust accumulation. Additionally, the digital weighing sensor effectively resists interference from electromagnetic factors on the signal.

Client Feedback:
Both high-precision electronic belt scales exhibit high accuracy, precise metering values, and minimal errors. They are reliable and stable in performance, with low and straightforward maintenance requirements. The metering data can also be shared in real-time, facilitating remote management by leaders.
