The double tube spiral weighing feeder is also a dynamic measuring instrument suitable for conveying powdered, granular or small materials. Unlike the single tube spiral scale, the double tube spiral scale has a two-layer structure, with the upper layer mainly responsible for stabilizing flow and conveying, and the lower layer mainly responsible for dynamic measurement. The stable flow effect is good and space saving, and the process layout is flexible, easy to install, disassemble and move. Widely used in industries such as cement, feed, chemical, food, medicine, papermaking, and environmental protection.

Double tube steady flow

Adopting a dual tube spiral layered design, with stable flow conveying in the upper layer and dynamic metering in the lower layer, material conveying is uniform without arching, and synchronous speed regulation is used to eliminate flow fluctuations. Imported pull sensors directly obtain real weight signals, combined with CS high-end weighing technology, with long-term stable accuracy of ≤ 1%, and reliable measurement even under harsh working conditions.

Dual tube constant speed measurement

Under the dual tube structure, the upper layer steadily transports materials, while the lower layer measures the constant speed operation of the cutter. Three tension sensors real-time collect the load of the cutter, input the weight signal and preset speed (design value) into the controller, and calculate the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative weight to ensure stable measurement.

Dynamic PID speed regulation

    The controller compares the actual flow signal with the set value in real time, dynamically adjusts the output of the frequency converter through PID algorithm, and controls the speed of the feeding cutter. When the flow rate is too high, reduce the speed, and when it is too low, increase the speed, forming a closed-loop feedback to achieve precise quantitative feeding.

Signal collaborative computation

The weight signal output by the tension sensor and the cutter speed signal are co operated in the controller to directly generate instantaneous flow rate and cumulative weight. In dual tube design, the speed signal is fixed to the design value of the cutter, simplifying the calculation logic and improving the system response speed and accuracy.
