Working Principle
Working principle
Based on two pressure sensors installed on the inlet and return oil lines of the loading arm cylinder, the pressure changes of the cylinder during the lifting process of the loading arm are measured, and the speed is adjusted. The central processing unit (CPU) in the on-board instrument automatically calculates the weight data and displays the measured weight on the instrument screen.

During the tipping process of the loader, the pressure sensor transmits information to the instrument CPU for data conversion processing. When the locomotive unloads the cargo, the forearm immediately retracts to the starting position, and when the boom lifts past the high-precision position sensor, the loader weighing system immediately displays the weight of the cargo, and the screen displays the total cumulative weight and cumulative number of operations of the cargo.
