Product Overview

The flameproof network camera for mining is primarily designed for use in underground coal mine video surveillance systems. It features infrared auxiliary lighting, delivering clear images with a transmission distance of up to 10km. This product is suitable for use in mines where there is a risk of gas and coal dust explosions.

Transmission distance

Equipped with two 100M Ethernet optical signal interfaces, it achieves a maximum transmission distance of 10KM with high transmission quality, effectively solving the problem of transmission distance.

Supplementary lighting

Equipped with an infrared auxiliary light compensation function, it can still present high-quality surveillance footage even under low illumination, adapting to the dim environment of coal mine shafts.

Clear imaging

The captured image boasts a resolution of up to 1920×1080, achieving true 1080P HD quality with a horizontal clarity of up to 400TVL.

Optical imaging and electrical signal generation

External light enters the lens through the glass window, focuses on the CCD chip, and outputs a full TV signal through photoelectric conversion, completing image acquisition and preliminary electrical signal generation.

Intrinsic safety signal amplification and optical modulation

    The full TV signal is processed by an amplification circuit and outputs an intrinsically safe network electrical signal. This signal is input to an optical transmitter board for modulation (such as PWM or QAM) and converted into an optical signal, preparing it for fiber-optic transmission.

Low-illumination optical signal output

The modulated optical signal is output through a fiber optic cable via a terminal block. Combined with the high light sensitivity of the CCD chip, it can still form a clear image even at a minimum illumination of 2 Lux, and simultaneously outputs video signals for real-time monitoring.
