The customer's business primarily involves the research, development, and production of biological feed and fertilizers, as well as the production and sales of agricultural products. The main materials transported are agricultural by-products, with a required accuracy of no less than 1.0%, and the ability to query weighing data. The on-site conveyor is long, without any inclination angle, and the installation conditions are favorable.
Installation and Commissioning
Based on the customer's on-site conditions, metrological accuracy requirements, and cost budget, the ICS-17A belt scale was recommended. After arriving at the site, the after-sales engineer first inventoried the materials to ensure that all components of the ICS-17A belt scale were present and correct, and then determined the installation location. The installation proceeded smoothly, and after completion, the scale was put into actual production to observe its accuracy, as well as the data display on the instrument and remote upper computer software system. After confirmation, training was provided to the on-site responsible personnel, enabling them to independently and correctly operate, apply, and calibrate the belt scale.
