KJF227 mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety power carrier acquisition substation has data processing function, mainly used for comprehensive protection with underground explosion-proof high and low voltage switch devices and communication with general high-voltage switch comprehensive protection devices for mining, to complete local monitoring of the substation, and to complete data upload and command issuance between comprehensive protection and ground dispatch main station. It is an important equipment in the underground monitoring and control system.

Collection and processing
The communication management module obtains real-time monitoring data (such as gas, temperature, etc.) through a dedicated collection port, preprocesses multiple sensor signals (filtering, amplification, AD conversion), packages them uniformly, and sends them to the communication module.
Dual channel transmission

The communication module establishes a connection between the processed data and the ground monitoring center through dual channels (Ethernet signal+RS485). Ethernet enables high-speed data upload, while RS485 serves as a backup link to ensure communication redundancy and reliability.
Monitoring integration
As the on-site execution node of the monitoring and control system, the power substation uploads the collected data in real time to the ground monitoring platform. The system can remotely issue control commands (such as power outages and alarms) to achieve underground equipment linkage and unmanned automated operation.
