The end-user client is a cement factory, primarily engaged in the production and sales of cement, cement products, new building materials, and chemical building materials, with a large production volume. For the purposes of production monitoring and sales accounting, the cement factory has high requirements for the measurement accuracy of belt scales, and also requires that the measurement data be uploaded for remote viewing by leaders. The inclination angle of the on-site belt conveyor is slightly large. Based on the production process, material characteristics, and customer needs, the company has developed a single-group high-precision belt scale product solution for the customer.
【Installation and Debugging】
The installation of two M1 high-precision belt scales on site went smoothly, with the installation and wiring of both scales completed quickly. The instruments were installed by hanging. Since the belts had not yet been installed on site, on-site debugging was temporarily impossible. After communication between the after-sales engineer and the person in charge of the customer's production site, it was unanimously decided to first train the on-site personnel. The relevant personnel have been able to operate, use, debug, and calibrate the belt scales. Once the belts are installed on site, remote video guidance will be provided for on-site debugging.
