Project Background:
Changyi Ludi Iron Mine is primarily engaged in underground iron ore mining, ore processing, and sales. It utilizes an electronic belt weigher to monitor iron ore production volumes, enabling better supervision of on-site production and accurate calculation of production quantities, with high requirements for measurement accuracy.
The on-site conveyor belt has a width of 800mm, idler spacing of 1000mm, belt speed of 1.7m/s, belt length of 31m, and a rated flow rate of 0-200t/h. Based on the on-site working conditions and measurement requirements, Guonuo Belt Weigher Manufacturer provided a fully suspended, beam-free matrix-type belt weigher equipped with four high-precision load cells. To meet the customer's need for remote and efficient supervision, a belt weigher management software was also provided.
Construction Overview:
Upon arrival at the project site, Guonuo's after-sales engineers first inventoried the materials and confirmed their accuracy before transporting the mechanical components to the installation location. After installing the mechanical scale frame and sensors of the belt weigher, six physical debugging sessions were conducted. The first two sessions showed significant measurement accuracy errors, but after repeated debugging and optimization adjustments, the errors in the subsequent four sessions were all better than the on-site allowable error requirements.
Subsequent Feedback:
After a period of application, the actual measurement values of the electronic belt weigher have consistently remained within the range of the results obtained immediately after debugging, with minimal fluctuations and excellent stability. The belt weigher management software system is very user-friendly, with comprehensive management functions for belt weigher equipment and measurement data. Leaders can remotely operate and view production data reports, offering efficiency and accuracy that far surpass the previous manual reporting method.
