The client is a middleman, with the end client being a coal mining enterprise. The belt scale is required to possess explosion-proof certification and coal mine safety approval (MA certification). The on-site conveyor has an inclination angle of approximately 10°, and real-time upload of measurement data is required for remote viewing by leaders.

【Installation and Commissioning】
Upon arrival at the project site, the company's after-sales engineer first inventoried the components of the explosion-proof belt scale, confirming that all parts were present and undamaged. The installation location and plan were verified, and the belt scale frame and components were transported to the installation site.
The following day, the installation of the explosion-proof belt scale was completed, including the fixation of the instrument and wiring. Over the next two days, the belt scale was debugged, and the calibration results were confirmed to be acceptable. Finally, on-site personnel were trained on the daily use, maintenance, and debugging methods of the explosion-proof belt scale to ensure proper application thereafter.
