Project Background
The customer is a large iron ore enterprise mainly engaged in iron ore mining, processing and sales. The customer has maintained multiple cooperation with Guonuo and highly recognizes the company’s products and services. For the newly added ore conveying production line this time, the customer still chooses Guonuo.
To strengthen production supervision and ensure fair trade, the customer puts forward strict requirements for the weighing and metering of conveyed iron ore. It demands not only high metering accuracy, but also data management and remote monitoring functions, so as to improve management efficiency in subsequent operation.
Construction Overview
On-site working conditions had been communicated in advance, making the entire installation process smooth and efficient. After arriving at the site, the after-sales engineers first checked all materials. After confirming that the quantity and size of materials were correct, they confirmed the installation plan with the person in charge on site and coordinated production arrangements and on-site cooperating personnel.
Product Advantages
The FSD high-precision belt scale adopts a matrix combined scale frame structure. One weighing unit consists of two sets of weighing idlers equipped with four high-precision weighing sensors, and multiple units can be freely combined according to on-site metering accuracy requirements and working conditions.
In this project, a matrix high-precision belt scale with two sets of weighing units was adopted. It features high weighing accuracy and excellent operational stability. The digital high-precision weighing sensor has strong anti-interference performance and supports long-distance signal transmission.
Equipped with dedicated upper computer software system for belt scales, it supports remote monitoring and management, as well as exporting statistical reports of metering data and equipment operating data. It fully meets the customer’s demands for on-site weighing application and data management at the management level.
