The clients are enterprises engaged in the production, manufacturing, and sales of various building materials, characterized by high output volumes and the transportation of a wide range of construction raw materials in large quantities.
The conveyor systems cover extensive areas, and the on-site conveyor conditions are not optimal. For control and sales accounting purposes, the clients have high requirements for the measurement accuracy of electronic belt scales.

Installation and Commissioning:
The after-sales team is already well-acquainted with the client's site and commenced installation immediately upon arrival.
The entire installation and commissioning process proceeded smoothly. Initially, all high-precision electronic belt scale frames were installed as required, followed by calibration and debugging. To avoid disrupting on-site production, the after-sales engineers conducted debugging during non-operational periods.
To fully ensure the application accuracy of the electronic belt scales, they first performed code-hanging debugging, followed by physical calibration, and then conducted actual production tests. All belt scale measurements met the precision requirements.
