The tunnel project has extremely high requirements for the accuracy of muck discharge measurement in shield construction. On-site idler spacing is 1200mm, belt width is 1000mm, belt speed is 3.2m/s, and belt length is 130m.
Product Commissioning Site:
Based on the narrow on-site space, the Guonuo Technology team customized an installation plan and efficiently completed the integrated deployment of the belt scale main unit, calibration device, and control system. After power-on, the belt scale was calibrated and verified, and the bar‑code calibration device was tested. The entire calibration process achieved high‑precision online calibration without stopping the belt. Both measurement and online calibration met the customer’s requirements.
Customer Feedback:
Guonuo Technology’s auto-calibration belt scale solved the problem of shield muck measurement. The auto-calibration function turns the labor-intensive periodic shutdown calibration into an automated process. It not only provides accurate measurement but also eliminates the calibration workload.
