Project Background:
The customer is a coal company primarily engaged in the sales of coal and coke, as well as coal washing and processing. The measurement accuracy of electronic belt weighers significantly impacts production sales and production accounting, with high precision requirements, necessitating long-term maintenance of accuracy within 0.5%.
Additionally, the system needs to enable production data sharing and be equipped with corresponding software. The site features three belt conveyors, with two belts having a width of 800mm and one belt having a width of 1000mm, a roller spacing of 1200mm, a conveying capacity ranging from 0 to 500t/h, and an inclination angle of 12°. Based on the user's actual operating conditions and requirements, the company formulated an FSD electronic belt weigher solution and installed a supporting upper computer management software system.
Construction Overview:
Upon arrival at the project site, the company's after-sales engineers confirmed that all materials were present and correct. On the first day of construction, two FSD electronic belt weighers with an 800mm belt width were installed. Over the next two days, the third belt weigher was installed. The entire installation process proceeded smoothly, with multiple calibration results for all three belt weighers consistently below 0.5%, and the instrument display values matching the calibration values.
