On-site Issues:
The client is a thermal power plant that transports coal as its material. It requires accurate and stable measurement results, as well as access to measurement data to calculate coal consumption for cost accounting. The project site conditions are favorable, with a conveyor belt width of 1800mm and no inclination angle, making installation convenient.
Based on the site conditions, the ICS-17A belt scale frame structure is well-suited to the working environment, meets the client's precision requirements, and offers high cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the client is provided with belt scale upper computer software.
Installation and Commissioning:
Before arriving at the project site, the after-sales engineer communicated with the site supervisor regarding installation matters, including personnel assignment and preparation of installation tools, enabling immediate installation upon arrival. The entire installation and commissioning process proceeded smoothly.
To avoid disrupting the client's production operations, the belt scale was installed during conveyor belt downtime. After commissioning, the accuracy of all four belt scales met requirements, and the upper computer software displayed real-time data accurately, with historical data reports satisfying the client's management needs.
