【Customer Overview】
The customer is an iron ore mining and processing enterprise with a conveyor belt on site transporting iron ore. The belt is 1000mm wide, 25m long, and has an incline. The required accuracy is less than 1.0%, and stability must be maintained. The company's business team formulated two solutions for the customer and ultimately selected the cost-effective ICS-17A belt weigher.

【Project Overview】
Before departure, the company's after-sales engineer had fully communicated with the on-site supervisor. Upon arrival, the installation of the ICS-17A belt weigher body was completed. The following day, the cutting, installation, and leveling of the idler brackets were finished, along with the instrument fixation and on-site electrical connections. After installation, multiple calibrations were conducted, and physical comparisons were made, with errors remaining stable within the required range.
【Product Advantages】
The ICS-17A belt weigher adopts a four-idler double-lever scale frame, ensuring high stability and good resistance to eccentric loading. The sensors are built-in and less prone to damage, effectively addressing the impact of belt misalignment. The instrument features a 7-inch touchscreen, providing rich and intuitive data display and simple operation. The weighing sensors are highly sensitive, resistant to interference, and offer precise detection.

【Customer Feedback】
Since installation, the measurement accuracy of the belt weigher has remained stable within the required range. On-site operators report that the operation is very simple, and the instrument has comprehensive functions, facilitating easy data querying.
