Working Principle
Timed full section sampling
The sampling head strictly rotates once according to the time interval set by the PLC, accurately cutting into the material flow flowing down from the head of the belt conveyor. This design can obtain a complete cross-sectional sample of the material at once, ensuring that the representativeness of the sample is not affected by fluctuations in material flow rate.
Precise separation

The collected samples enter the primary belt feeder directly through the chute and are evenly fed into the crusher. The crushing process can effectively retain the original moisture while processing the material particle size to the required range, ensuring the accuracy of the analysis basis. Subsequently, the material is proportionally divided by a divider to achieve precise separation of the sample.
Collect closed-loop data
The final sample after reduction is automatically collected in a waterproof and dustproof sealed container for inspection. The large amount of excess material generated in the system is returned to the main material flow in a complete and pollution-free manner through return equipment such as bucket elevators, forming a clean and efficient closed-loop system with no loss or dust throughout the process.
