On-site Issues:
The client, a large coal washery, needed to purchase explosion-proof belt weighers for continuous measurement and detection of coal flow on the coal conveyor line. The requirements for measurement accuracy were relatively high, and it was necessary to include upper computer software for the belt weigher to remotely monitor real-time data and query historical data reports. The conditions of the on-site belt conveyor were good, with basically no inclination angle and ample application space.
Installation and Commissioning:
After arriving at the project site, the after-sales engineer immediately began work by communicating personnel arrangements and checking the inventory in the warehouse to determine the installation location.
On the first day, due to ongoing production on-site, the cutting of the idler support was completed on the ground in advance.
Over the next two days, the installation of the two belt weigher frames, sensors, and instruments was completed, followed by the installation of optical fibers.
After all installation work was finished, debugging and calibration of the explosion-proof belt weighers were carried out, and training was provided to relevant on-site personnel.
