The customer is a large coal mining enterprise. The application scenarios for explosion-proof electronic belt weighers include underground coal mines, mine entrances, and coal washing plants. The weighers are required to possess relevant explosion-proof certifications and qualifications, and the manufacturer must be able to arrange personnel for installation and commissioning.

Installation and Commissioning:
After arriving at the coal mine, the after-sales technical engineers from Guonuo Company checked the components to ensure their suitability and completeness. They communicated with the on-site supervisor and decided to install six weighers in the coal washing plant on the ground first, followed by the explosion-proof electronic belt weighers for underground and mine entrance applications.
After finalizing the installation plan, due to the delayed arrival of explosion-proof power supplies, temporary power sources were used initially to avoid delaying the installation process. The explosion-proof power supplies were replaced upon their arrival. After all the weigher frames, instruments, and sensors were installed and wired, interface and data debugging were conducted.
