Project Background:
The client is a middleman, with the end client being a coal mining enterprise. The belt weigher is required to possess explosion-proof certification and coal mine safety approval (MA certification). The on-site conveyor has an inclination angle of approximately 10°, and it is required that the measurement data can be uploaded in real-time for remote viewing by leaders.

Construction Overview:
Upon arrival at the project site, the company's after-sales engineer first inventoried the components of the explosion-proof belt weigher, confirming that all parts were present and undamaged.
The installation location and installation and commissioning plan were confirmed, and the belt weigher frame and components were transported to the installation site.
On the second day, the installation of the explosion-proof belt weigher, instrument fixation, and wiring were completed.
Over the following two days, the explosion-proof belt weigher was debugged, and the calibration results were confirmed to be qualified. Finally, on-site personnel were trained on the daily use, maintenance, and debugging methods of the explosion-proof belt weigher to ensure its correct application thereafter.

Subsequent Feedback:
The measurement accuracy of the explosion-proof belt weigher met production requirements, and data could be viewed remotely. Production reports facilitated statistical analysis and management.
After a period of use, the measurement accuracy of the explosion-proof belt weigher remained consistent with the results achieved immediately after installation and debugging, confirming the product's reliable performance. After-sales service was also prompt; although there was a delay due to the absence of equipment on-site, installation commenced quickly once the equipment arrived.
