On-site Issues:

The customer, acting as an intermediary, needed to procure high-quality, precise, stable, and cost-effective belt scales for bidding purposes. The customer came across Guonuo belt scales at a partner's site and, after learning about their excellent application performance, approached the company for more details. The terminal customer's project site had five production lines, all of which were deemed suitable for installing belt scales upon inspection. Moreover, the conditions of the conveyors were good, with minimal inclination angles.

Installation and Commissioning:

Based on the project site environment, conveyor conditions, customer requirements for precision and management, and budget constraints, the ICS-17A belt scale was selected. As a classic dual-lever four-idler support structure, the ICS-17A belt scale met the customer's high-precision, high-stability measurement needs and budget requirements while adapting well to the on-site working conditions.

The company's after-sales engineers arrived at the project site to confirm the installation positions of the five conveyors, coordinate installation personnel, and formulate an installation plan. With high cooperation from the customer on-site, the entire installation and commissioning process proceeded smoothly. After all five ICS-17A belt scales were installed, they were collectively commissioned. Upon confirmation of correctness, on-site personnel were trained in operation, calibration, and maintenance aspects.
