Project Background:
The production at Hubei Jingshan Chutian Barium Salt primarily includes industrial sulfur, barium carbonate, lime, etc. The customer required a set of stable, reliable, and precise quantitative feeding equipment to solve the feeding issues for their newly added barium salt production line.
Construction Overview:
The customer's site was ready for the installation and application of the feeder. Guonuo Technology's after-sales technicians communicated with the customer in advance, prepared all necessary equipment for feeder installation, and completed the power connection.
After installation, issues with conveying and sensors were identified during debugging and resolved by replacing the sensors. Following multiple debugging and calibrations, the feeder's metering and feeding accuracy became reliable. The on-site personnel were trained on how to operate the feeder, perform zero calibration, and physical calibration.
Subsequent Feedback:
The feeder's metering and feeding accuracy fully met production requirements and remained stable during prolonged continuous production. The feeder's control instrument offered rich functionality and was easy to operate, enabling production line workers to quickly master its use and meet operational and management requirements.
