The client's main business is manganese ore mining, with the conveyed material being manganese ore in large quantities. Due to production supervision requirements, high accuracy and real-time production data acquisition are essential. The on-site conveyor installation conditions are favorable, with virtually no inclination angle. Although electronic belt scales are currently in use, their accuracy cannot be guaranteed even with frequent calibrations due to their long service life, necessitating replacement.

Installation and Commissioning:
Based on the on-site conditions, conveyor specifications, application requirements, and accuracy demands, Guonuo's pre-sales team designed a matrix belt scale system comprising two weighing units with a total of eight high-precision digital weighing sensors, equipped with an intelligent instrument and belt scale upper computer software. After arriving on-site, the after-sales engineer inventoried the components of the two matrix belt scales, confirmed their accuracy, and installed the mechanical parts of the scale frames during the night shift. The instrument placement and partial wiring were completed the following afternoon. All wiring was finalized on the third day, followed by commissioning, which yielded consistently ideal calibration results through multiple tests.
