On-site Issues:
Jintong Mining is a coal production and sales enterprise with high production volume and strict production supervision, requiring high precision in weighing and metering. The coal washery site has seven belt conveyors with varying conditions. For conveyors that are relatively flat with minimal inclination angles, the ICS-17A electronic belt scale is applied; for conveyors with significant inclination angles that require elevated installation of the belt scale, a modular electronic belt scale is used.

Installation and Commissioning:
Due to thorough prior communication and confirmation of the installation plan, the installation of the seven electronic belt scales proceeded smoothly overall. Each electronic belt scale was numbered, and after the installation of the scale frames, instruments, and sensors, wiring was completed through conduits, and communication lines were laid. After multiple rounds of debugging and practical application verification, all seven electronic belt scales met the required measurement accuracy, displaying accurate data.

Product Advantages:
The ICS-17A electronic belt scale features a double-lever structure, providing robust support and high cost-effectiveness, suitable for belt conveyors with small inclination angles. The modular electronic belt scale adopts a fully suspended, lever-free, and beam-free structure, offering simpler construction, higher scale frame accuracy, and easier installation, making it ideal for belt conveyors with large inclination angles and limited installation space.

Customer Feedback:
Previously, Guonuo electronic belt scales were used with excellent results, maintaining stable accuracy and facilitating easy calibration. The electronic belt scales applied in this coal washery once again demonstrate the quality of Guonuo electronic belt scales, proving them to be trustworthy.
