Project Background:
Lianyungang Jieneng New Energy Co., Ltd. is a modern thermal power and electricity enterprise. The precise sampling and testing of raw coal directly relate to the company's production efficiency and economic benefits. To enhance the automation level of coal quality testing and improve sampling representativeness, Jieneng New Energy introduced Guonuo Technology's automatic sampling machines for coal conveyor belts.
Construction Overview:
During the installation phase, Guonuo Technology dispatched experienced after-sales engineers to the Jieneng New Energy site to handle equipment installation and commissioning. Any issues encountered during installation were swiftly resolved through on-site communication to determine solutions. For instance, according to the design drawings, the first conveyor pipe of the sampling head was supposed to fall vertically, but it was obstructed by a steel beam on-site. The sampling head and collection box were modified to resolve the issue while ensuring on-site safety and applicability.
Subsequent Feedback:
After a period of continuous operation, the results showed that the sampling machine not only significantly improved sampling accuracy but also efficiently completed sampling tasks without manual intervention. Additionally, the automatic recording and display of sampling data facilitated real-time sampling site supervision and subsequent data management and analysis.
