To ensure the stable operation and measurement value of electronic belt scales under such conditions, two conditions are essential: first, the performance of the belt scale itself, and second, the rationality of installation and debugging.

Recently, Guonuo Technology has completed the installation of two electronic belt scales for chemical enterprises. The on-site environment is experiencing the aforementioned poor working conditions, large conveyor angles, mechanical equipment, electromagnetic interference, and other factors. However, after practical application by the customer, both belt scales can meet the user's measurement needs and measurement management requirements. The two belt scales are ICS-17A belt scale and FSD high-precision belt scale.
The situation of the two conveyors on the user's site is similar. The installation environment is at the dock, the conveyors are longer, and there is more dust on site. One conveyor has a tilt angle of 10 °, while the other has a larger tilt angle. In response to the different situations of the two conveyors, Guonuo Technology has selected two types of belt scales for targeted use. The former conveyor uses the ICS-17A belt scale, while the latter has a larger tilt angle and uses the FSD high-precision belt scale.
The main reason is that the ICS-17A electronic belt scale is a dual lever, four set roller structure with strong load-bearing capacity, a long effective weighing area, and strong adaptability to the conditions of long conveyors. It can meet the on-site 10 ° tilt angle conditions.
FSD high-precision belt scale is a suspension matrix combination structure with a simple and independent structure, small weight, and minimal impact of the scale frame mechanical structure on weighing. It has high measurement accuracy, stronger environmental adaptability, and can meet the conditions of conveyors with larger inclination angles.
The ICS-17A belt scale is a classic cost-effective model, while the FSD high-precision belt scale is a high-performance belt scale model. The former is slightly lower in price compared to the latter. From the perspective of cost-effectiveness in actual customer applications, Guonuo Technology does not blindly recommend high-precision belt scales to users for both machines. Instead, it chooses high cost-effective products based on meeting the actual needs of customers.

In addition, both belt scales are user configured with stable digital weighing sensors with anti lateral force, temperature compensation, overload protection, and other functions. They have high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability, fully ensuring detection accuracy and signal accuracy. At the same time, a dual wheel car with rubber wrapped structure speed sensor is configured, with rubber wrapped design and DC pulse to ensure accurate speed signals.
The performance of the electronic belt scale itself can meet the application requirements, and on the basis of resisting surrounding interference factors, its installation and debugging determine the stability of subsequent use.
Guonuo Technology's after-sales installation engineer conducted a detailed inspection of the on-site environment, determined the installation location, modified the rollers, and installed the scale frame.
During the installation process, due to the distance between the FSD high-precision belt scale instrument and the scale frame being too far, the conveyor belt was not connected. After selecting a suitable temporary location for debugging, the position can be changed on site later. After installation and debugging, the actual application effect of the customer indeed meets the requirements.
