(1) Quantitative belt scale body

(2) Weighing control module

Weighing sensor: Like a belt scale, a quantitative belt scale uses a weighing sensor to detect the weight of the material passing through and convert it into a load signal. Digital weighing sensors have stronger anti-interference ability and higher accuracy compared to analog sensors.

Speed sensor: The speed sensor of the quantitative belt scale is usually installed on the drive wheel to detect the belt speed and convert it into a speed signal.

Instrument: The instrument receives load signals and speed signals and performs arithmetic processing to obtain material flow rate. Unlike belt scales, quantitative belt scales have control functions.

Control cabinet: Multiple quantitative belt scale instruments can be integrated on the control cabinet to achieve centralized operation and management.
