On-site Issues
The client is a building materials company with a large production volume and complex on-site working conditions. A total of 21 electronic belt weighers are required, with varying conditions and application environments for each conveyor belt, some of which have relatively large inclination angles. Additionally, the client needs to monitor production for production control purposes and has high precision requirements.

Installation and Commissioning
After conducting on-site assessments of the working conditions and installation environment and understanding the user's needs, a matrix-type electronic belt weigher solution was formulated for the user, suitable for situations with large conveyor belt inclination angles to meet precision requirements. The installation was completed in two phases, with the first phase involving the installation and commissioning of 15 electronic belt weighers, and the second phase primarily for sand yard applications.

Product Advantages
The matrix-type electronic belt weigher can accommodate conveyor belts with larger inclination angles, achieving high precision requirements. It is easier to install, with higher accuracy and stability. The horizontal surface area of this electronic belt weigher is small, essentially eliminating the need for daily maintenance and facilitating on-site inspection and maintenance work.

Client Feedback
Given the relatively large inclination angles of the on-site conveyor belts, there were initial concerns about the inability to install the weighers and meet precision requirements. However, these concerns proved unfounded, as the installed electronic belt weighers have maintained their precision at the qualified values achieved during initial installation and commissioning after a period of use.
