The feed belt scale is a type of belt scale designed for weighing, metering, and controlling the feeding of bulk materials. It primarily consists of a weighing module, feeding module, frame, and other components. The main structural characteristics are as follows:

Feed Belt Scale

1. Frame

  - Utilizes a channel steel integral structure, providing good rigidity, resistance to deformation, and high load-bearing capacity, meeting the support and load-bearing requirements of various applications.

2. Material Conveying Mechanism

  - Composed mainly of driving and driven rollers, idlers, and a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is specially designed, such as using a rubber belt (annular skirt rubber belt) or an annular flat rubber belt, with different rubber layer thicknesses and core materials selected based on the application and material characteristics. The use of an annular skirt rubber belt prevents material spillage on the belt. In addition to material, the belt requires high manufacturing precision and physical properties.

3. Drive Transmission Mechanism

  - Consists of a variable frequency speed-regulating motor and a cycloidal pinwheel reducer.

4. Weighing Mechanism

  - Comprises a scale body, integrator, speed sensor, and weighing sensor. The scale body can be selected as either a suspended or lever type based on site requirements. The Guonuo feed belt scale employs digital weighing sensors with strong anti-interference capabilities and accurate, stable signals.

5. Cleaning Device

  - Includes both head cleaners and internal cleaners. The head cleaner removes adhesive material from the belt, while the internal cleaner removes fallen material and dust from the inner belt, facilitating belt operation and protecting the belt and driven rollers.

6. Electrical Control System

  - Composed of a weighing instrument and an automated control system for configuring, controlling, and metering the feeding amount.

7. Material Gate

  - A manual material slide gate or slide valve is often installed at the outlet of the material bin to facilitate equipment maintenance and control material flow.

8. Other Related Accessories

  - Depending on the actual site requirements, material characteristics, and production capacity, protective covers and other accessories can be used, tailored to the specific site conditions.
