Project Background:
Guonuo Technology has two sets of ICS-17A electronic belt scales, which are used in conjunction with the newly added conveyor line to complete the transformation of the material conveying and measuring system in the paper mill production line.
Construction Overview:
This renovation covers multiple paper material conveying production lines of the enterprise, mainly used for continuous dynamic measurement of waste paper raw materials and recycled pulp auxiliary materials.
In the early stage of installation, technical personnel strictly follow the safety management regulations of the factory area, do a good job in construction protection and safety disclosure, carry out reasonable staggered construction, and ensure the normal and orderly operation of the production line.
During the construction process, accurately complete the entire process of scale frame positioning and fixation, sensor calibration and wiring, instrument debugging and matching, etc.
After installation, the team conducted multiple empty load and belt material repeated verifications based on the conveying characteristics of papermaking materials, corrected operating parameters, and thoroughly solved the measurement deviation problem caused by uneven material conveying, ensuring that the measurement accuracy and operational stability of the two belt scales meet the standards.
Follow up feedback:
After the ICS-17A electronic belt scale was fully put into operation, the measurement status of each paper conveying production line was stable, and the landing effect was significant. The equipment is perfectly adapted to complex working conditions on site, with outstanding anti-interference ability and no obvious zero drift during long-term operation. The measurement data is real-time, accurate, and stable, completely solving the pain points of large equipment errors, inaccurate data, and tedious operation and maintenance.
