An electronic belt scale is a measuring instrument that dynamically weighs materials during the operation of a belt conveyor. Many traditional electronic belt scales can no longer meet the requirements of industrial production, trade settlement and other applications.

(1) Scale frame

Guonuo Technology's new industrial electronic belt scale adopts a fully suspended belt scale frame, which directly supports and hangs four weighing sensors. The load signal of the weighing sensor is not affected by tare weight, and the signal source is accurate.

The overall characteristics include:

firstly, stable and reliable measurement performance. The fully suspended scale frame can be combined with weighing units according to the measurement, and the effective measurement section can be increased. The stability of the zero point and indication of the belt during operation is enhanced, effectively overcoming errors caused by spring deformation, belt deviation, and roller friction. There is no ear pivot friction, which is naturally conducive to improving measurement accuracy;

Secondly, it has strong anti-interference ability. Through experiments, the fully suspended scale frame can effectively resist the effects of changes in material flow rate and uneven material block size, and can effectively overcome the influence of lateral forces;

Thirdly, it is rigid enough to prevent deformation and avoid resonance phenomena during operation; The fifth is that the horizontal surface is small, with less dust accumulation, and weighing is almost unaffected by dust accumulation.

(2) Weighing sensor

The signal mode of Guonuo Technology's new industrial electronic belt scale weighing sensor is digital, with a cantilever beam structure. Its characteristics include good automatic centering after being subjected to force, small size, strong anti bias load ability, stronger anti-interference ability of digital signals, and accurate signal transmission.

(3) Speed measuring device

The speed sensor of Guonuo Technology's new industrial electronic belt scale adopts a unique dual wheel structure, contact speed measurement, and rubber coating design to prevent jumping and accurately reflect the running speed of the belt.
