The client is a large-scale iron ore enterprise, primarily engaged in iron ore mining, processing, and sales. Having collaborated with Guonuo multiple times, the client highly appreciates the company's products and services. For the newly added ore conveying line, the client once again chose Guonuo. To enhance production supervision and ensure fairness in trade, the client has stringent requirements for the weighing and metering of conveyed ores, demanding not only high measurement accuracy but also data management and remote monitoring capabilities to improve management efficiency in subsequent operations.
Construction Overview:
Given that the on-site conditions had been communicated in advance, the installation process proceeded smoothly. Upon arrival, the after-sales engineer immediately inventoried the materials, confirmed that the quantity and dimensions were correct, and then coordinated with the on-site supervisor to finalize the installation plan and coordinate production and support personnel.
Product Advantages:
The FSD high-precision belt scale employs a matrix-combination scale frame structure, with two weighing rollers equipped with four high-precision weighing sensors forming a weighing unit. Multiple units can be freely combined based on on-site measurement accuracy requirements and working conditions. In this project, a matrix-type high-precision belt scale with two weighing units was adopted, featuring high measurement accuracy and strong stability.
The digital high-precision weighing sensors offer high anti-interference capabilities and long signal transmission distances. The configured belt scale upper computer software system allows users to conduct remote monitoring, management, and export data reports on metering and equipment operation. It meets user requirements for both on-site measurement applications and management-level data management.
