Project Background:
Daya Wood-based Panel is a company primarily engaged in the production and sales of high-density wood-based panels. Given the on-site conditions of the belt conveyor, including a roller spacing of 1200mm, a belt speed of 1.026m/s, and a belt length of 90m, and considering the customer's requirements and budget, the ICS-30 belt scale was recommended.

Construction Overview:
The after-sales engineer from Shengneng communicated in advance with the on-site project leader to confirm the installation conditions for the belt scale. Upon arrival at the installation site, the installation location and plan were confirmed. The installation process proceeded smoothly. Due to the lack of on-site conditions for physical calibration, multiple calibrations using code hanging were conducted and passed. During the first calibration, the zero-point value was 3.95431, the instrument displayed value was 5713.478, and the calibration value was 5814.789, with an error; during the second calibration, the zero-point value was 3.98431, the instrument displayed value was 5815.12, and the calibration value was 5814.056. After the on-site project leader confirmed the calibration as qualified, the after-sales engineer provided training and guidance.
Product Advantages:
The ICS-30 belt scale features a simple structure, light weight, and minimal impact from mechanical components and eccentric loading on measurement accuracy. It is suitable for belt conveyors with limited on-site space and short center distances between inlet and outlet.
