Project Background:
Fengning Wanlong Mining primarily engages in fluorite mining, hand sorting, concentrate processing, and sales. It requires a quantitative feeder capable of accurately, stably, and continuously completing fluorite conveyance and feeding. Based on the user's on-site environment and production capacity, the quantitative feeder has a belt width of 400mm, idler spacing of 400mm, and a conveyance range of 100t/h.
Construction Overview:
The after-sales engineer contacted the on-site project supervisor in advance to confirm that the on-site conditions were suitable for installation. After installation and power-on, debugging was conducted using physical calibration with three bags of 15kg materials each passing over the scale. Multiple calibration results were all qualified: First time, zero value 1.4526418, meter display value 15kg, calibration value 15kg, interval value 0.914415; Second time, zero value 1.4517035, meter display value 15kg, calibration value 15kg, calibration coefficient 0.915372. The scale frame and feeder body were installed normally, functioning properly, debugging was successful, and operation was stable.
