Project Background:
Phosphorus Source Chemical's Yellow Phosphorus Plant in Yunnan primarily produces phosphate fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and phosphate salt series products. During the production process, it is necessary to precisely control the proportions of various raw materials, including phosphorus ore and coke.
Construction Overview:
Based on the client's needs and material characteristics, Guonuo Technology provided two weighing feeders, two loss-in-weight scales, and configured an intelligent batching control system to achieve automatic feeding. Due to thorough pre-project inspection and planning, the installation process proceeded smoothly. As on-site conditions did not meet the requirements for physical calibration, sandbag calibration was utilized instead.
Subsequent Feedback:
The feeders have demonstrated long-term stable and reliable operation, meeting the site's requirements for stability and accuracy during extended periods of operation. Notably, Guonuo Technology's batching control system is easy to operate and feature-rich, greatly facilitating management by supervisors.
