It belongs to the typical continuous batching working condition of building materials powder, with characteristics such as large dust, working condition vibration, large differences in material properties (coexistence of fine powder and granular aggregates), strict batching requirements, and 24-hour continuous production.
After field investigation of working conditions, material characteristic testing, and comparison of multiple schemes, it was determined to use Guonuo Technology's fully sealed spiral weighing batching scale+belt weighing batching scale.
Construction Overview:
The technical team of Guonuo Technology entered the production site in Qijiang, Chongqing in advance, and completed the refinement of the overall plan, point layout, structural adaptation, and electrical planning based on the layout of the production line, silo structure, conveyor line, and overall construction period requirements, taking into account the space limitations of the original production line renovation and the needs of later maintenance and repair.
