Project Background
The customer is an enterprise engaged in the production and sales of building materials. Electronic belt scales are deployed for raw material weighing, with moderately high accuracy requirements. The on-site belt conveyors are long and installed at an inclined angle in outdoor environments, which imposes strict standards on the adaptability and operational stability of the belt scales.

Construction Overview
The on-site conveyor belt has a width of 650 mm and an idler spacing of 1200 mm, with a conveying capacity of 100 tons per hour. We customized the ICS-17A electronic belt scale for the customer.
Adopting a four-idler and double lever structure, the scale features an extended weighing section and robust load-bearing structure, which is compatible with belt conveyors inclined at an angle within 17°.The site offered favorable installation conditions. After arriving on site, after-sales engineers from Guonuo completed the installation efficiently.
Since the discharge material could not be fully contained by the conveyor belt on site, physical material calibration was unavailable. Hanging weight calibration was adopted instead, which fully met the customer’s demands. The error margin of three consecutive calibrations was controlled within 0.1%.

Subsequent Customer Feedback
The electronic belt scale fully satisfies the accuracy requirements and delivers outstanding stability. Its performance remains unaffected under outdoor operating conditions, and calibration procedures are simple and convenient. The customer expressed full satisfaction with both the products and after-sales services.
