Project Overview:
Heyuan Zijin Tianhong Technology is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive utilization of iron ore tailings and deep processing of garnet purification. It specializes in the production of non-metallic mineral new materials such as garnet concentrate, and achieves green mineral processing through efficient utilization of tailings resources. The factory conditions have the characteristics of large dust volume, continuous vibration, uneven material particle size, and continuous 24-hour production. It has strict requirements for the accuracy, long-term stability, and anti-interference ability of dynamic material measurement.

After on-site investigation, working condition evaluation, and technical comparison, as well as the previous application of Guonuo Technology's belt scale products, Guonuo Technology's FSD-M1 suspended electronic belt scale was finally selected as the main conveyor belt measuring equipment for continuous dynamic cumulative measurement, instantaneous flow monitoring, and production data statistics of garnet raw ore, intermediate materials, and finished concentrates.

Product debugging site:
Guonuo Technology's technical engineers entered the factory area in advance, determined the optimal installation point based on the parameters of the belt conveyor, belt tension, on-site vibration points, and dust removal layout, completed the replacement of rollers, fixing of scale frames, installation and wiring of sensors, layout of speed measuring devices, and layout of instruments and communication lines. They cooperated with the factory's production line maintenance window period construction throughout the process, minimizing the impact on normal production.
