Project Background:
The production conveyor line of the coal to methanol plant is used for weighing and measuring the coal conveyor line, as well as for conveying volume statistics. The conveyor belt width is 800mm and the roller spacing is 1200mm.
Construction Overview:
On the first day, complete the loop chain code and installation of the belt scale. However, during subsequent debugging, it was found that the instrument was irregular and sensor data was lost. After remote investigation with the R&D team, the instrument software system was found to be normal. After replacing the instrument unit board and motherboard, it was found that it was a problem with the junction box, and the replacement was normal. The cyclic chain code was calibrated three times and qualified, and physical calibration was carried out the next day.
Follow up feedback:
The cyclic chain code does not occupy on-site space, calibration is very convenient, and operation is simple. Guonuo's after-sales personnel are very responsible, they quickly troubleshoot and solve problems, and the training is very thorough.
