After practical production and application, Guonuo's after-sales engineers observed on site that the accuracy of the weighing feeder remained stable, and the instrument data was displayed in real-time and accurately. The remote viewing data was consistent with the on-site instruments.
There are two types of materials at the customer's production site, one is coal with a capacity of 12 tons/hour, a width of 500mm, and a length of 3000mm; the other is stone with a capacity of 120 tons/hour, a width of 1000mm, and a length of 5300mm. After the design is completed, the user confirms whether it is suitable for the on-site space based on the design drawings, and after ensuring its suitability on site, Guonuo will put it into production and manufacturing.
After the weighing feeder is manufactured and tested according to the established schedule, it is transported to the customer's site while the after-sales engineer arrives. The materials are counted, and the on-site person in charge is communicated to arrange a shutdown, installation, and commissioning plan, so as not to delay the customer's on-site production as much as possible.
After installation and debugging are completed and confirmed to be qualified, we will confirm with the responsible person again and finally sign the after-sales service form. Throughout the installation and debugging process, the after-sales engineer reports the installation status and progress to the company daily, facilitating the supervisor to strengthen management.
