Working Principle

After the computer is powered on, the intrinsic safety power board supplies power to the CPU and memory. The CPU reads the boot instruction from a specific address in the memory, initializes the system, loads the operating system, and enters the running state after completing the hardware self-test.

The CPU reads program instructions from memory through the address bus, decodes them, performs operations or control operations, and writes the results back to the designated area of memory through the data bus, achieving the sequential execution of program logic.
Data interaction and display
The data processed by the CPU is electrically isolated through an isolation circuit board, converted into optical signals through a fiber optic transceiver, and transmitted to a 24 inch LCD screen to drive the display module to display real-time on-site data and operation interface.
