Project Overview:
The scale of the coal conveyor belt on Line A of the thermal power plant (with an inclination angle of about 18 °) is inaccurate (error>5%) and needs to be upgraded and renovated. After the renovation is completed, the physical measurement error of the coal conveyor belt scale should be within 0.5% (accuracy level 0.5). Old equipment needs to be dismantled on site to complete the installation, debugging, and calibration of new equipment, which requires 5 rounds of physical verification to meet the requirements.

Product debugging site:
After the equipment enters the site, Guonuo Technology arranges professional technical engineers to rush to the project site to provide standardized services for the entire process of dismantling old equipment, installing new equipment, debugging, and calibration.
During the on-site debugging phase, the technical team fine tuned the installation levelness, scale frame tightness, and sensor sensitivity of the belt scale based on the operating parameters of the coal conveyor belt in the factory area, the characteristics of the coal materials, and the working environment.
In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, Guonuo's after-sales technical personnel strictly follow the measurement standards of the thermal power industry and customer requirements, complete multiple physical calibrations and no-load and full load trial runs, and thoroughly investigate the hidden dangers of equipment operation, completely solving the problems of inaccurate measurement, unstable operation, and high failure rate of previous equipment.
At the same time, on-site practical training will be provided to enterprise operation and maintenance personnel, explaining operational skills such as daily equipment inspection, simple calibration, and troubleshooting, to ensure that staff are proficient in equipment use and basic operation and maintenance processes, and to ensure the long-term stable operation of equipment.
After the entire equipment was debugged, the measurement accuracy, operational stability, and data transmission efficiency all met the standards, passed the project acceptance smoothly, and was officially put into 24/7 continuous production operation.
