What is a fully suspended electronic belt scale from the structure of the scale frame

The lever type belt scale uses the principle of lever force transmission for weighing, while the suspended belt scale uses direct force transmission for weight detection. The fully suspended belt scale is suspended on two crossbeams with four weighing sensors suspended to suspend the scale frame, without using leverage to transmit force, similar to a static platform scale. There are multiple sets of weighing rollers on the weighing bridge.

Simplify the structure of the scale body and reduce the influence of mechanical components; Without support points and force transmission levers, weight is transmitted more directly and effectively to the weighing sensor, reducing force transmission errors caused by the connection of support points and spring plates;

The weighing sensor and weighing frame are connected by joint bearings, effectively eliminating the influence of lateral forces;

Four weighing sensors are distributed at the four corners of the suspended frame, and the measurement is not affected by the position of the material.

Sometimes the material on the belt is biased to one side, which does not affect the accuracy of the weighing.

4. Calibration is simpler: When calibrating a belt scale, the weights can be placed at any position on the scale frame without affecting the calibration results. Unlike belt scales with pivot points that require accurate placement of weights in designated positions, any deviation can affect the accuracy of calibration.

5. Good working performance: The fully suspended belt scale is a new type of structure that has shown good working performance in applications, but its limitations mainly lie in the high requirements for the inclination angle of the conveyor. Only conveyors with an inclination angle within 6 ° can achieve the ideal measuring effect.
