Previously, the customer had installed a belt scale on site and used imported large brand belt scales. However, frequent abnormalities or malfunctions occurred during the actual application process. The material transported by the customer on site is grass straw. The length of the belt conveyor is 70-80 meters, the width of the belt is 1400mm, the inclination angle of the conveyor is about 20 degrees, and the flow rate is 100 tons/hour. In addition, grass has a certain degree of corrosiveness, and the material of the belt scale needs to be corrosive. According to the on-site picture sent by the customer, the belt is enclosed above, made of stainless steel, and can be disassembled, indicating that the belt scale can be installed on site.

In response to the situation where there is a lot of dust on site, the matrix belt scale instrument and weighing sensor housing are designed with stainless steel full sealing, which has the ability to prevent dust, moisture, rust, and corrosion, and can effectively prevent dust from entering the interior of the components and affecting operation;
At the same time, the matrix belt scale frame has a simple structure and a small horizontal surface, which avoids the impact of dust accumulation on measurement and reduces maintenance workload such as daily cleaning.
High precision matrix belt scales are configured for conveyor width, inclination angle, and other conditions. This suspended structure has little influence on measurement from belts, scale frames, etc., strong environmental adaptability, and can meet harsh on-site environments. It can meet conveyor conditions such as wide bandwidth and inclination angle on site. According to user requirements for accuracy and on-site conditions, a single set of matrix belt scales can be used to meet the needs.
